Bei den Dachformen gibt es Flachd\u00e4cher und geneigte D\u00e4cher (flach geneigtes Dach, Steildach).<\/p>\n<p>Das Flachdach hat eine Neigung von 0 Grad bis maximal 25 Grad (l\u00e4nderspezifisch unterschiedlich, in \u00d6sterreich 5\u00b0). Bei einer h\u00f6heren Dachneigung spricht man von einem geneigten Dach oder einem Pultdach.<\/p>\n<p>Das Dach besteht aus einer Dachkonstruktion und dem eigentlichen Dach das wiederum aus dem Dachaufbau und der Dacheindeckung besteht.<\/p>\n<h3>Das Dach im Aufbau &#8211; Dachkonstruktion und Dachaufbau<\/h3>\n<p>Die Dachkonstruktion wird auch Dachstuhl genannt und besteht in der Regel aus Holz. Der Dachstuhl besteht haupts\u00e4chlich aus Pfetten (Fu\u00dfpfette, Mittelpfette und Firstpfette), Kehlbalken, Sparren und der Dachlattung.<\/p>\n<p>Beim Dachaufbau unterscheidet man zwischen einschaligen und zweischaligen D\u00e4chern. Ein einschaliges Dach wird auch als Warmdach bezeichnet und ist ein nicht bel\u00fcftetes Dach. Der typische Anwendungsfall f\u00fcr ein Warmdach ist das <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cadvilla.com\/de\/flachdach-planen\/\">Flachdach<\/a>. Das zweischalige Dach wird auch als <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cadvilla.com\/de\/flachdach-planen\/\">Kaltdach<\/a> bezeichnet und ist ein innen bel\u00fcftetes Dach. Die Luft kann zirkulieren und wirkt Kondensationsfeuchtigkeit entgegen.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><div class=\"wpb_text_column\" id=\"dacheindeckung\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><h3>M\u00f6glichkeiten bei der Dacheindeckung<\/h3>\n<p><img data-dominant-color=\"c4ae9d\" data-has-transparency=\"true\" style=\"--dominant-color: #c4ae9d;\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright wp-image-3692 size-full has-transparency\" title=\"Dach-Eindeckung\" src=\"https:\/\/www.cadvilla.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/3d-dachbleche_small.png\" alt=\"Dach-Eindeckung\" width=\"270\" height=\"270\" \/>Die Dacheindeckung ist die oberste Schicht eines Daches und kann aus verschiedenen Ausf\u00fchrungen und Materialien bestehen. Die wichtigsten Dacheindeckungen sind:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Dachziegel aus Ton<\/li>\n<li>Dachsteine aus Naturstein<\/li>\n<li>Dachsteine aus Beton<\/li>\n<li>Dacheindeckungen aus Aluminium<\/li>\n<li>Dacheindeckungen aus Holz<\/li>\n<li>Dacheindeckungen aus Schilfrohr (Reet-Dach).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Beim klassischen Blechdach werden Materialien aus verzinktem Stahl, Kupfer, Aluminium, Zink oder Edelstahl verwendet und es kann als Trapezblech-Dach, Wellblech-Dach oder als Blechdach mit Stehfalz ausgef\u00fchrt werden.<\/p>\n<p>In cadvilla wird die optische Darstellung der Dacheindeckungen standardm\u00e4\u00dfig \u00fcber Texturieren der Dachfl\u00e4chen erreicht (siehe Beispiel rechts f\u00fcr Dachziegeldach) &#8211; ab cadvilla professional kann das Trapezdach, das Falzdach und das Wellblechdach zus\u00e4tzlich auch 3D-m\u00e4\u00dfig dargestellt werden.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><div class=\"wpb_text_column\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><h2>Typische Dachformen f\u00fcr Einfamilienh\u00e4user<\/h2>\n<p><img data-dominant-color=\"878a83\" data-has-transparency=\"false\" style=\"--dominant-color: #878a83;\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-3697 size-full alignright not-transparent\" title=\"Haus mit komplizierter Dachform\" src=\"https:\/\/www.cadvilla.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/haus_mit_dach.jpg\" alt=\"Haus mit komplizierter Dachform\" width=\"270\" height=\"180\" \/>Wenn Sie ein Dach planen, werden sie mit einer F\u00fclle von Fachbegriffen konfrontiert und man verliert dabei schnell den \u00dcberblick.<\/p>\n<p>F\u00fcr die richtige Wahl der Dachform sind mehrere Kriterien zu beachten. Die wichtigsten Punkte f\u00fcr die Auswahl einer Dachform sind:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Pers\u00f6nlicher Geschmack<\/li>\n<li>Regionale Bauvorschriften<\/li>\n<li>Dachformen der umliegenden H\u00e4user<\/li>\n<li>Geometrie und Statik des Hauses<\/li>\n<li>Wirtschaftlichkeit<\/li>\n<li>Nutzungsart<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Die Dachformen unterscheiden sich in der Formgebung und im Dachaufbau. Wir haben Ihnen die wichtigsten Dach-Grundformen zur Dachplanung zusammengestellt. Alle folgenden Bilder wurden mit der <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cadvilla.com\/de\/3d-hausplanungssoftware\/\">Hausplanungssoftware<\/a> cadvilla erstellt.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><div class=\"wpb_text_column\" id=\"satteldach\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><h3>Satteldach<img data-dominant-color=\"c6b9ae\" data-has-transparency=\"false\" style=\"--dominant-color: #c6b9ae;\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright wp-image-3702 size-full not-transparent\" title=\"Satteldach\" src=\"https:\/\/www.cadvilla.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/dachform_satteldach.png\" alt=\"Satteldach\" width=\"270\" height=\"149\" \/><\/h3>\n<p>Das Satteldach ist in unseren Regionen das beliebteste und am weitesten verbreitete Dach. Bezogen auf einen rechteckigen Grundriss setzen sich die Dachfl\u00e4chen von einem Satteldach auf den beiden Giebelseiten (Stirnseiten) aus einer Giebelfl\u00e4che und auf den beiden Traufseiten (weiteren 2 Seiten) aus einer Walmdachfl\u00e4che zusammen. Die seitlichen schr\u00e4gen Dachfl\u00e4chen (Traufseiten) werden auch oft mit einer <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cadvilla.com\/de\/haus-planen\/#gauben\">Dachgaube<\/a> versehen und erm\u00f6glichen dadurch eine Erweiterung und den Ausbau des Dachgeschosses.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><div class=\"wpb_text_column\" id=\"walmdach\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><h3>Walmdach<img data-dominant-color=\"cabeb4\" data-has-transparency=\"false\" style=\"--dominant-color: #cabeb4;\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-3708 size-full alignright not-transparent\" title=\"Walmdach\" src=\"https:\/\/www.cadvilla.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/dachform_walmdach.png\" alt=\"Walmdach\" width=\"270\" height=\"149\" \/><\/h3>\n<p>Das Walmdach besteht bei einem rechteckigen Grundriss auf allen vier Seiten aus einer Walmdachfl\u00e4che. Das Dach hat somit auf allen vier Seiten eine schr\u00e4ge Dachfl\u00e4che. Die Neigung der Dachfl\u00e4che kann beliebig sein. Die geneigten Dachfl\u00e4chen bieten weniger Angriffsfl\u00e4che f\u00fcr Schnee- und Windlasten.<\/p>\n<p>Ein Walmdach hat im Gegensatz zu einem Zeltdach (Pyramidendach) keine Dachspitze, sondern einen Dachfirst.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><div class=\"wpb_text_column\" id=\"mansardendach\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><h3>Mansardendach (auch als Mansarddach bezeichnet)<img data-dominant-color=\"c6b9af\" data-has-transparency=\"false\" style=\"--dominant-color: #c6b9af;\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-3713 size-full alignright not-transparent\" title=\"Mansardendach\" src=\"https:\/\/www.cadvilla.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/dachform_mansardendach.png\" alt=\"Mansardendach\" width=\"270\" height=\"149\" \/><\/h3>\n<p>Durch die Planung von einem Mansarddach kann zus\u00e4tzlicher Wohnraum unter dem Dach geschaffen werden. Die Dachschr\u00e4gen im Inneren des Daches sind kaum merkbar und der entstehende Dachraum kann optimal genutzt werden.<\/p>\n<p>Die Dachfl\u00e4chen beim Mansarddach sind im oberen Bereich flacher als im unteren Teil des Daches. Der Dachwinkel im unteren Bereich ist stark abgeknickt.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><div class=\"wpb_text_column\" id=\"schleppdach\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><h3>Schleppdach<img data-dominant-color=\"c7baaf\" data-has-transparency=\"false\" style=\"--dominant-color: #c7baaf;\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-3719 alignright not-transparent\" src=\"https:\/\/www.cadvilla.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/dachform_schleppdach.png\" alt=\"Schleppdach\" width=\"270\" height=\"149\" \/><\/h3>\n<p>Schleppd\u00e4cher sind D\u00e4cher bei denen eine Dachfl\u00e4che (oder ein Teilbereich davon) weit \u00fcber die Au\u00dfenwand hinaus ragt um beispielsweise einen Unterstand im Eingangsbereich oder einen Platz zur Lagerung von Holz zu bilden.<\/p>\n<p>Auch zur Schaffung von einem gesch\u00fctzten Parkplatz wird ein Schleppdach gerne eingeplant.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><div class=\"wpb_text_column\" id=\"pultdach\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><h3>Pultdach<\/h3>\n<p><img data-dominant-color=\"d9d1ca\" data-has-transparency=\"false\" style=\"--dominant-color: #d9d1ca;\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-3725 alignright not-transparent\" src=\"https:\/\/www.cadvilla.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/dachform_pultdach.png\" alt=\"Pultdach\" width=\"270\" height=\"149\" \/>Das Pultdach besteht aus einer einzigen geneigten Dachfl\u00e4che. Bezogen auf einen rechteckigen Grundriss setzen sich die Dachfl\u00e4chen von einem Pultdach an den drei Stirnseiten (Giebelseiten) aus einer Giebelfl\u00e4che und auf der Traufseite aus einer Walmdachfl\u00e4che zusammen. Die schr\u00e4ge Dachfl\u00e4che ist immer zur Wetterseite hin ausgerichtet.<\/p>\n<p>Die Dachneigung von Pultd\u00e4chern ist in der Regel gering. Daher bietet die Dachfl\u00e4che viel Platz f\u00fcr Solarkollektoren und der entstehende Dachraum kann optimal genutzt werden.
